  • Physical Products: Research-grade peptide vials (e.g., BPC-157, HGH, Ipamorelin, Retatrutide, and others)
  • BAC Water and ancillary research products

This policy covers purchases made directly through peptidescostarica.net or via our personal order process (e.g., SINPE Móvil, Zelle, PayPal, or Cash). All orders are confirmed manually before payment is collected to ensure product availability and accurate order processing.

2. Refund Eligibility

Is a refund offered?

Yes, Peptides Costa Rica offers returns and refunds on eligible items within 30 days of purchase. To qualify for a return or refund, the item must meet the eligibility criteria outlined below.

Refund Window

Customers may request a return or refund within 30 days from the purchase date. After this period, we are unable to offer a return or refund. To initiate the process, simply reach out to us with your order details.

Conditions for Eligibility

A refund may be approved if:

  • The product has not been opened, used, or consumed
  • A technical or processing error occurred
  • The wrong product was delivered
  • The request is made within the stated refund window

Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Opened or used peptide vials
  • Products that have been reconstituted or prepared for use
  • Promotional or discounted purchases (unless legally required)
  • Orders where the customer provided incorrect delivery information

3. Cancellation Rules

Cancellation Allowed

Yes, cancellations are permitted subject to the following conditions:

  • Must be requested before the order is dispatched for delivery
  • Since all orders are confirmed manually and stock is verified before payment, cancellations must be communicated promptly via phone or email
  • Requests after dispatch may not qualify for a full refund

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued when:

  • Part of a multi-item order has already been shipped
  • Administrative or processing costs have been incurred

Cancellation Fees

There are no cancellation fees for orders canceled before shipment. However, if the order has already been processed or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible, or partial refunds may apply.

  • SINPE Móvil — refunded to the original SINPE number
  • Zelle — refunded to the original Zelle account
  • PayPal — refunded via PayPal
  • Cash — refunded in cash at the time of agreement

  • Refund requests are reviewed within 3–5 business days
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
  • Banking or payment gateway delays may occur and are beyond our control

For bulk purchases (5 or more vials with a 15% discount applied), refund eligibility will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to us directly to discuss any specific concerns regarding bulk orders.

Promotional or Discounted Purchases

Refunds are generally not available for discounted or promotional purchases unless legally required by consumer protection laws. Please ensure that you fully understand the terms of any promotion before completing your purchase.
