This Shipping Policy explains how Peptides Costa Rica (“we,” “us,” “our”) processes and ships orders placed through peptidescostarica.net.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.
Orders placed after 12 pm CST will be processed the next business day.
During high-volume periods, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended.
Note: We handle all orders personally to confirm product availability before payment is collected. You will be contacted to confirm stock before your order is finalized.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship exclusively within Costa Rica. We do not offer international shipping.
- Domestic: Costa Rica only
- International: Unfortunately, we do not ship to destinations outside of Costa Rica.
We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or any international destinations.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:

4. Shipping Rates
- Free shipping: Available on all orders over $500 USD
- Bulk discounts: For customers purchasing in larger quantities, we offer a 15% discount on purchases of 5 or more vials of the same product.
- Handling fees: We do not charge any additional handling fees for your orders.
All prices displayed on our site are in USD ($), and shipping fees are calculated during checkout.
5. International Shipping
At present, we do not offer international shipping. Peptides Costa Rica operates exclusively within Costa Rica to ensure faster, more reliable delivery within the country. By limiting our services to the domestic market, we avoid complications related to customs, international import fees, and unpredictable delivery times, providing you with a seamless shopping experience.
6. Order Tracking
After your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use this information to monitor the progress of your delivery.
Please note that it may take 24 to 48 hours for tracking details to become active and show updates after the dispatch of your order.
7. Delivery Issues & Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Peptides Costa Rica cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the following:
- Carrier issues
- Weather or road conditions
- Incorrect address information provided by the customer

8. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of ordering.
If an order is returned or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
- Additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery
- Refunds may be reduced by the original shipping costs
9. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging
- We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable
10. Split Shipments
Occasionally, orders may be shipped in multiple packages, depending on product availability. If this happens, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment so you can track the progress of all parts of your order.
11. Shipping Restrictions
Certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions due to legal regulations, size limitations, or product type. Please note that all products sold by Peptides Costa Rica are intended strictly for research and laboratory use and are distributed only within Costa Rica.
12. Returns & Refunds
Please be sure to review our Return & Refund Policy for comprehensive information on returns and refunds. Unless otherwise stated, shipping fees are non-refundable.
In cases of returns due to damages, incomplete items, or issues under our control, we will ensure a refund or replacement, including shipping fees.
13. Force Majeure
Peptides Costa Rica is not liable for any shipping delays or disruptions caused by events beyond our control. This includes, but is not limited to, natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, government actions, or other unforeseen situations that may affect our ability to process or deliver orders on time. We will do our best to mitigate delays, but in such cases, we cannot guarantee the usual delivery timelines.
